Exchanges and Returns

We offer exchanges but not returns or refunds. We are available to assist with any queries at


How to do it:

  • Exchanges should be made no more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Exchanges will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels, fully intact and inside original packaging.

  • All exchanges are at the cost of the customer, as well as replacement postage fees. 

  • We strongly recommend sending your exchange parcel with a tracking number as undelivered parcels will be the responsibility of the sender and not the receiver.

  • The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase. 

Return address available with the order.


We offer free shipping to Europe. All our shipments worldwide are handled through Correos.


The delivery time for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm (CET) is-Spain and Portugal: 2-4 working days-International: Depending on the country, delivery times will be specified during purchase (can vary from 5 to 15 working days). *If orders are placed after 12pm (CET), on weekends, or on public holidays, delivery will be delayed by one day.

For other parts of the world we are pleasure to ship, it may takes 2-3 weeks depends of the location.
