Exchanges and Returns
We offer exchanges but not returns or refunds. We are available to assist with any queries at email@example.com.
How to do it
Exchanges should be made no more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels, fully intact and inside original packaging.
All exchanges are at the cost of the customer, as well as replacement postage fees. (how will you charge them?)
We strongly recommend sending your exchange parcel with a tracking number as undelivered parcels will be the responsibility of the sender and not the receiver.
The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Return address available with the order.
We offer free shipping to Spain and Portugal via Correos, and all over Europe via DHL Intra-European.
Most orders take between 2-4 business days to arrive at your door, if placed from Monday to Friday before 12pm (CET).
For other parts of the world we are pleasure to ship, it may takes 2-3 weeks depends of the location.
*If the orders are placed after 12pm (CET), at weekends or on public holidays, delivery will be delayed by one day.
