  • How to choose my size?
    If you have a tape measure to hand, great! Take your measurements (always measure in a natural way, breath comfortably, and don't over tighten). Then cross-check here with our size guide: If you are between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size as it’s always better for it to be comfortable rather than too tight.
  • Can I return my item?
    We are sorry to say that we do not accept returns or refunds. Since most of the pieces are made to order, we regret that we cannot offer this service at the moment. But if it doesn’t fit you can exchange it. Please check here for more detailed information regarding our returns policy.
  • What does ‘made to order’ mean?
    Some of our products are handmade to order; which means they are produced after the order is placed. The production time for these products is usually under 2 weeks. You will let you know if this is the case.
  • How do I take care of my clothes?
    Many of the pieces in our collection are hand dyed with our very own in-house plants dyes. Because of these traditional & ecological processes they may loose a little of their colour by washing. They are unique and always evolving. Hand wash separately with natural soap and dry naturally. The colour is fading on my underwear, is that normal? As previously mentioned , it really is an manual artisan process and as a non-industrial process it may fade with time. So in a way, the product is always changing.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    For now, we just ship to Spain and Portugal, but we are always evolving and very soon we will ship worldwide.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by Credit / Debit Card and PayPal.
